This GPS application was used by organizations that incorporated the "Pickup & Delivery" workflow in their jop process. My challenge was to create a seamless interface that was easy to use for the central office users and the fieldworkers (many of them were not tech savvy).
The application allowed users to log in, see all their workers (via GPS) on a map, see the breadcrumbs of their routes, message the drivers, send new jobs, and get real-time updates. The drivers on the other hand had access to jobs, directions, maps, and a messaging system with their central office.
