This application was used by organizations that incorporated the "Pickup & Delivery" workflow in their jop process. This application was used on lo-tech java-enabled phones. The challenge was to make this complex application easy to use and allow for the user to update his status with as few clicks as possible.
The application allowed users to see their jobs, order new equipment, message the central office, and log their times.
